What we can help with
- Corrections. If a price, feature or claim looks wrong, tell us and we will check it against the live product. Accuracy is the whole point of our Editorial Policy.
- Suggestions. A platform you think we should test? Send it over. How we would assess it is described in our Testing Methodology.
- Privacy requests. Access, deletion or any other right under UK GDPR — see the Privacy Policy for the detail, then email us.

Response times
Most emails get a reply within two working days. Privacy requests are handled within the statutory month, though we rarely take that long.
One thing we cannot do is provide account support for the AI companion apps themselves. We are an independent guide, not the platforms — for billing or login problems with a specific service, you will need that service's own support team. Back to OurDream AI.
