The Bristol Language Centre runs General English classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6-7:30pm. The courses are designed to be practical and fun and are designed with busy working people in mind. The courses focus on practical English, and communication skills.

Business English classes are ideal if you are working for a UK company and would like to learn more about everyday business communication. In this course you will learn useful skills such as effective e-mail writing, note taking, writing memos and telephone communication skills. You will use practical resources taken from real life business situations and will learn useful vocabulary for the business workplace.

The Bristol Language Centre's evening Cambridge examination preparation courses are designed for busy but enthusiastic students. These are fast track courses which will give you the basic skills and knowledge which you need to pass the Cambridge examination courses. We accept that our students are busy people with full time jobs, but we expect that if you work hard you can do well in the exams. These qualifications are very useful for European students who are planning to study or work in Europe in the future.
