Homestay Accommodation in Bristol
BLC is happy to arrange accommodation for all our daytime students. Staying with a homestay provider is the ideal way to immerse yourself in the daily life of your host culture and will help you practise everyday English in a real environment.
There are three options of homestay accommodation:
- Homestay half board
- Self-catering home
- Homestay en-suite
The most popular half-board option includes breakfast and an evening meal during weekdays and three meals at the weekends. The student is treated as a family member, lives in a single room and shares all the living areas in the house. The self-catering option doesn't include any meals; however the student can use kitchen facilities to prepare his/her own meals. Our en-suite rooms are available with either the self catering or halfboard option.
Our carefully selected homestay providers live within easy access to the school and we ensure that they have comfortable homes where you will have your own bedroom and a desk in the home to work at. We visit all our homes regularly to ensure that our high standards are maintained.

BLC Student Comments
See what our students have to say about Bristol and life at BLC...
I like the teachers... they are very professional and teach enthusiastically. Also, I like the school facilities, especially the computers.
